Key points from our Service Agreement

Fees are aligned with the NDIS Pricing Schedule 2026–27: $193.99/hr for direct service, non-face-to-face time, and telehealth; $97.00/hr for provider travel. A parent or carer should be present or nearby for every session. We handle your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Cancellation policy

48 hours' notice or more: no fee. Less than 48 hours' notice, or a missed appointment: full session fee applies. We're always reasonable about genuine emergencies — just let us know as soon as you can.
